Whilst we hope you enjoy your stay with us, we ask that you respect other guests and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm.
A cleaning fee of $30 - $50 will apply if villa is left untidy.
Occupancy numbers you have booked must be strictly adhered to.
Pets are not allowed.
All discounts are based on door rates only.
Reservations are held in good faith for your arrival.
Check In Time is between 2pm and 6.30pm and Check Out Time is 10am.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on balconies or open areas.
We reserve the right to charge the provided card if Terms and Conditions are not met.

Payment Policy

This property takes full payment at the time of booking and will be charged to the credit card provided.
The credit card provided will also be charged in the event of a no show or if booking is cancelled or changed with in our 72HR cancellation policy (7 days school holidays, Public Holidays and Long weekends). Also for any outstanding charges or incidentals left unpaid during your stay.
If the provided credit card is deemed invalid at the time of booking, this booking will be cancelled and not confirmed.
